A Little Bit About Me…

A woman standing on rocks on a beach with a smile, wearing a blue scarf and light-colored pants, with a rocky cliff and ocean waves in the background.

For the first time I wasn’t just talking about my experiences; I was able to access and release what had been stored in my nervous system for years. Through conscious, connected breath and body based awareness, real and lasting shifts became possible. The breath became a gateway to regulation, clarity, and reconnection

Before stepping fully into this work, I spent years working across different countries and cultures, developing a deep sensitivity to people, environments, and unspoken needs. This experience refined my ability to read subtle cues, meet people where they are, and create spaces where individuals feel seen, respected, and safe

For a long time, I knew what it felt like to live disconnected from my body; carrying patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and a nervous system shaped by survival rather than safety. That lived experience is what led me to this work.

My journey began as a search for relief and understanding. I spent years exploring therapy, workshops, and healing modalities. I was drawn to anything that promised growth, connection, and a way to finally feel at home in myself. While some of this supported insight, the deeper patterns remained held within my body. Discovering Breathwork and Somatic Healing was a turning point.

Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic. It begins with safety, trust, and one conscious breath.

The Healing Path, Back To Yourself

“I create safe spaces where your body can heal from old wounds and access peak states of being through transformational breathwork and reiki. I use trauma-informed care that is grounded in neuroscience and an understanding of neuroplasticity.”
