A Little Bit About Me…
For a long time, I knew what it felt like to live disconnected from my body; carrying patterns of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and a nervous system shaped by survival rather than safety. That lived experience is what led me to this work.
Today, as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Usui Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, I guide people through trauma-informed practices that honour choice, boundaries, and the body’s innate wisdom. My work is grounded in compassion, safety, and deep respect for the nervous system; creating space for healing to unfold gently, at your pace.
Like many people, my journey began as a search for relief and understanding. I spent years exploring therapy, workshops, and healing modalities. I was drawn to anything that promised growth, connection, and a way to finally feel at home in myself. While some of this supported insight, the deeper patterns remained held within my body. Discovering Breathwork and Somatic Healing was a turning point.
For the first time I wasn’t just talking about my experiences; I was able to access and release what had been stored in my nervous system for years. Through conscious, connected breath and body based awareness, real and lasting shifts became possible. The breath became a gateway to regulation, clarity, and reconnection
When we work with the nervous system rather than forcing change, the body naturally begins to restore balance. Drawing on trauma-informed care, neuroscience, and our growing understanding of neuroplasticity, I support clients in gently unwinding old patterns and building new pathways of safety and resilience.
Sessions are guided with attunement and consent at the centre. There is no pushing, fixing, or forcing; only an invitation to listen to what your body is ready to share. My approach is rooted in the understanding that the body holds profound intelligence.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent years working across different countries and cultures, developing a deep sensitivity to people, environments, and unspoken needs. This experience refined my ability to read subtle cues, meet people where they are, and create spaces where individuals feel seen, respected, and safe
Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic. It begins with safety, trust, and one conscious breath.
