    I recently had my first ever breathwork session with Nyrie as my guide. Having never done anything like that before, I did not know what to expect. Nyrie made me feel so at ease. Taking time before we started to give an overview of what to expect from the session and creating such a cozy, peaceful environment. She was also such a calming presence throughout, checking in and adjusting as desired. Since my session I find myself being more mindful of my breathing and using elements I learnt as a tool during exercise and moments of stress. Highly recommend Nyrie as a practitioner, she has a perfect playlist too!
